服務對象
- 懷疑出現認知障礙徵狀及未被醫生確診認知障礙人士
備註
- 若認知評估報告確認長者出現認知障礙症傾向，將會根據認知功能缺損程度，建議以下兩項轉介:
o 參加本機構MindAge舉辦的認知訓練活動
o 特快轉介至老年科醫師作進一步的臨床診斷
